Suspension ?'s

Ok so today I decided to look into my 05 Evo because I get a weird noise over bumps. Heres what I found I can twist the tie rod with some force and the same with the sway end links. This is on both sides. I thought this was normal but I decided to go out and check my brothers 03 and all his is SOLID. There is not a bit of movement.

So now Im think sway end links are def gone, but the tie rod when i try moving the wheel left and right has minimal play. Is the movement when I twist it allowable? Is it the inner tierod?

Clunks from the suspension were always related to the major suspension bolts in my experience. Find the torque specs and make sure they are all properly tightened.

Hey, Im not the Guru, but I believe that rotation in the tie rods is normal........Just like the man above me said, Start checking the upper & lower shock mounting points......Report back!!.....Peace
