Fitment question on TD Pro Race 1.2

I'm really interested in this set-up and especially on how the rear clearance looks, etc.

Team Dynamics 17x10
Hi everyone,
Some of you may know that I just bought my Evo four months ago. I bought it wreaked from someone who only owned it for a month and managed to beat the hell out of it.
The car has Team Dynamics (Pro Race 1.2?) wheels (17x10" if I measured right). All four are curbed. I can fix three of them for sure, would need to either replace the fourth or have someone else fix it. If I replace it, not sure what size I need. Or where I can get it. Does anyone know how to measure them properly, including the offset?
Also, what size tires would you recommend? Car is not lowered as far as I know, but I would like to lower it. Rolling fenders/quarters is not an issue if it needs to be done, I'm a body man by trade. The wheels came with 245/45/17 Blizzaks, which ride like *** BTW.
Thanks guys!

I got mine from TD directly. I found them on ebay, selling the 1.2's in other, non Evo sizes.

I've been running Pro Race 1's for almost 7 years. Had them on my 2003. Had them powdercoated titanium grey for my '06 IX. I bought my 1's from frisby race tire, but these guys have a good selection of 1.2's. They also carry the 1.2S which I've never seen on an Evo. The 1.2S has the recessed rim stripe.

Hey Guys,
I bought a set of 9x18 offset +35. On the rear it fitted perfect but on the front it scratched my caliper (damn). TD told me that +30 offers a 1mm space between rim and caliper, thats not enough so they offered me +25. I think 25 offset is too much and i will get problems with the fender (wanna go very low). Ive added some pics with 7mm spacers on +35 wheel to show you how close this is (think about 3 more mm!)

I think the best solution would be +30 with 2mm spacers?!
bye,
Alex

^ In the front I run a 5mm spacer on a set of 18x9 +35 TDR Pro Race 1.2 rims, and it clears the calipers fine. Ditto for a set of +30 with no spacer. It is very close though, but looks like more than 1mm. I'll take a pic when I get my car back.
