Best rotors or brakes?

I need to buy rotors and brakes what are some good ones you guys can recommend?

What are you doing with them? There's all sorts of options depending on what the car is going to be involved in.

well i dd my car i want it to be a fun street car...and would like to take it to the track once in awhile

definately read the sticky first. Sounds like you could get by with just better brake pads and fresh dot 4. By track events do you mean hpde/time trials, or autox? I have had great results with stoptech street pads for daily driving and frequent autox use. For Hpde I would probably consider something more track specific.

Street - Axxis ULT, GranSport GS5 or GS6, DS2500s, EBC Red or Yellow...etc.

Track - EBC Yellow or Blue, have a dozen other track pads.

are you usin standard brake line,pad n rotor? if u are get ur line change to after market then the rotor n pads. if u wana go on track then the best is A.P racing its expensive but Worth it..

He daily drives the car...have you considered that? The guy isn't out there chasing down track records to be thinking about upgraded brake systems!

OP needs to check out SmikeEvo thread in the stickies. Everyone saids they want to track the car, but who really does? Honesty to yourself about what you really do with the car will help you decided.

centric blank rotors (direct oem replacements)
technafit ss braided brake lines
amsoil dot 4 brake fluid

p.s. Thanks again MAP for helping me get those ss lines I needed when I was in a bind.
