Brake pad rubbing

Heres the problem, i installed evo 8 brembos on my eclipse. direct bolt on. When i corner though you can hear the pad rubbing on the rotor, is there something i may have missed or is this a common problem? Normally there are clips that hold the pad up against the piston but i did not see any on these. Just shims in between the pad an pistons. Are these entirely free floating then? If so how do i stop pad rubbing? Thanks

Do you have the springs installed also? The one held on by the two pins, same two pins that keeps the pads in place.

the middle black spring insert? yes. pistons seem to be equal. i will tear them apart when i go to change the rear pads and figure it out. I figured there would be clips that would the pads against the pistons as many brakes do.

Spring insert? Can you post a pic of the calipers on the car?
