From experience on basic coil overs only - I installed my coils & camber kits the same day. Therefore I got an alignment w/in the week. My springs settled maybe w/in 90-days to the eye. It could have been before then but I really didn't focus on the drop during this time. I had them on just about 3months before I sold and upgraded to the damper adjustable version.

Proper springs should not settle very much at all. I would get an alignment in 2-3 days.

Good quality setup will be no time at all.
