tyre wear V's camber
i know if toe out/in is out can wear a tyre out in hours but does camber make as much damage? just wondering what wear rates will be like at the rear with modest camber?

Camber wears tires more than toe. Toe is the wheel in and out from left to right. I can see excessive toe but that would be your wheels facing opposite or each other whereas the Camber is tires at a 01 o'clock or 1100 o'clock position or worst causing inner or outer tire wear. Depending what you use the car for is how you set your camber or Toe. If you DD then set it to factory specs.

toe in/out creates the tire to "scrub" across the surface while rolling straight creating tire wear...camber +/- creates the tire to wear either the inner or outter edge of the tire but if you drive the car according to how much camber you have then the tire wear from camber will be much more minimal than tire wear from toe

Excessive toe (which is actually very little, 0.2* or more is excessive) will kill a set of tires in no time.
Running lots of camber is retarded unless you are actually using it. At that point, a lot of camber will make the tires last longer if that's how much you need while tracking the car as it keeps the heat properly distributed while cornering.
Keep toe under 0.1* and camber under 2 degrees and it's not an issue.
