Hey guys, whats your favorite all-season tire that does good in the snow and still handles decent on dry pavement?

Top right now is the Conti DWS. Many many people use those. Yoko Envigor is also gaining in popularity.

What are your thoughts on the Michelin Pilot Sport A/S Plus? In comparison to the Conti's?

Conti DWS (as stated), Potenza RE960, and Michelin Pilot A/S are all very good all season tires.

Contis being the cheapest of the bunch.

I'd say better in dry/response over the Conti. DWS has better snow traction and may wear a tad longer.

+1 on the RE960's. They ride nice and are quieter to boot.

Not really a relative post as we get primarily light snow, mostly wet and the occasional 3 ft dump in which case I work from home. Pure winter tires would be worthless.

To each his own but others here would tell you that all-seasons are worthless during the warm part of the year. You're basically nerfing one of the best performance cars around simply for the convenience of running one set of tires.

Just need an all season from November to April, after that the summer tires go back on. We dont get snow that stays around, we can have six inches one day, then 75 degrees the next. All seasons work pretty good for CO.

Putting all Season tires on an evo is like putting combat boots on a ballet dancer. What's the point may as well buy a civic.
