i'm looking to get some advan center caps for my tcii's. would the center caps fit with hub centric rings on?

They should but I guess it depends on what your hubcentric rings look like. Really the hubcentric rings shouldn't stick out further than what they would on a car with the correct hub diameter. Can't you look at the wheel and see?
