Anybody knows about Nakang tires

I saw these tires on EBAY for $288 plus shipping. They sound like a good deal for the EVO if they are all season tires.... Does anybody know much about them?

Also, I saw the Falken ZE512 for sale $448 shipped in EBAY too... Those are supposed to be good tires as far as I know. Is this a good deal?

BTW, these are all 235/45-17 size tires

Thanks, are they supposed to be all-season?

Re: Anybody knows about Nakang tires

You can get the Falkens cheaper at www.edgeracing.com. If you are in NY/NJ area I am trying to sell a brand new set of Falkens locally for $350.

Re: Anybody knows about Nakang tires

And I thought I was going obscure with Nokian: Finnish tires.

You want to get Nakang: Klingon tires??

Imagine the shipping charges. In the "advanced search", you can limit your e/bay search by region, such as only from this planet.

best all season tire for snow and price point I think is the sumitomo HTR+
$89each at tire rack. my falken ze-512 didn't work near as well in the snow as these. and what is even better is that they are not as noisy. but the ze-512 handle a little better.

Wow, I already ordered the falkens.... I hope they are good enough for the cold and wet winter months. I've read the Sumitomos are good, but I've also read that they deteriorate markedly with time and mileage..... I guess I'll get to find out how good or bad the falken 512's will be.... Anyway, I had also ordered 4 Falken Azenis 245/45-17's, but I'll keep them for the spring.

BTW, were you there when Al came down to do the Dynoflashes?

Don't worry. The Falkens are working out fine on my Audi. I drove today in the storm and had no problems.
