Need Black Lug nuts for Stock Evo wheels

I am having my stock Evo rims powdercoated and need some black lug nuts for these. Anyone know of a place to get these?

Thanks,
Justin

Yeah, I thought about that, but I wasn't sure they would last...

You might want to check with McGard Locks and Lugs. They would have the best selection of colored lugs available. Their website is www.mcgard.com or phone at 1-800-669-6887

I called them, but they didn't have anything listed for the EVO. They need to know the lug specs from the stock lug, and if it was cone or not...

Check out Dynamic Autosport. I know they carry a variety of black lugs.

The stock lugs are M12x1.5, if I were you I'd just spray paint them... who cares if it comes off, just spray paint them again.

The McGard part # for black is: 25357

If you want lug nuts to fit the stock Evo wheels, they are not conical seat.

I'm not sure what you'd have to order to fit the Evo's stock wheels, since I'm not sure exactly how to describe the lug nut seat on the stock wheel.

If I were after colored lug nuts for the Evo, I suspect I'd use stock lug nuts and carefully spray paint them. If the paint wears through to where you can see metal again, just repaint. Just don't put the paint on so thick that you can't fit a standard 21mm socket over the head, and don't get paint in the threads.

I'll probably leave them as is but if they look nasty, i'll just spray paint them. it's cheap anyway. $3 can can last you 8-12 sets of lugs at least??? I'm getting mine powdercoated black
