I'm hoping it wasn't necessary because I wanted to run those rims (+28 SFs) as track wheels and do not want to put spacers.
He has the SF, not the QF. They clear the brakes, but he didn't like that they were so close, so the 3mm were for his own sake.

Hey guys, I'm sure this has been brought up in the thread but I can't seem to find it.

I'm about to drop the money on Rota Grids 18x9.5 +20

I have Falken 425s - 245/40s

I am also getting 5mm spacers for the front.

Will I have any problems running 245/40s? I know I will need to roll the front/rears flat and may have to pull the rear a bit. I plan on lowering the car quite a bit...

Please let me know what you guys think.

Mikey

Ah okay didn't realize they released and SF model. I know my QF's don't require a spacer and have plenty of clearance.

XXR 522 17 x 9 +25 question

Hello guys and gals,

I'm wondering if any of you evo guys have ran the XXR 522 that are 17x9 w/ offset +25? I'm not sure if it'll clear the brembos. I've searched and could not find anyone who have ran this size before. Any help or input is appreciated.

I believe you will need spacers up front.

Hey guys,

I want to make sure this set up will fit my car without any fender rolling/modifications. I am currently running an EVO IX with bilsteins and swift springs and am interested in the following set up:

Rims 18x9 +30
Tires 225/40/18
2x 5mm spacers for the front

Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

I have the same setup with bilsteins/swift springs. I'm on 18x9+30 as well but on 245/35-18s with no spacers. I don't see you having a problem.

Question RPF1 18x9.5 +38

I'm looking to order these rims very very soon. Originally I wanted to run RPF1's with a +15 offset at all corners. I know that spacers are not required with this offset. I have been reading lately that some people feel that they stick out too far. I dont want to have "that" look.

Now Im thinking about running RPF1 18x9.5 +38 WITH 20mm spacers at all four corners. I know spacers are required in the front with this offset and not required in the rear with this offset. The only reason why Im thinking I need the spacers in the rear is because I dont want the front sticking out further than the rears. This should put me at +18 at each corner.

Sidenote, I have already purchased 255/35/18's and I have coilovers on the car. Thanks in advance.

We have a set of those in stock for $320 ea if interested. A 20mm spacer will leave you with an 18mm offset. There is also an 18x9.5 with a 15mm offset we have that may eliminate the need for spacers all together. It's only a 3mm diff but some think that's too much for their taste. Those are the same cost.

Are you sure that a 20mm spacer will clear the front calipers? I was under the impression that a 25mm spacer is required and it clears by a small amount.
