The real question should have been, will +12 fit a stock body EVO. The answer is absolutely not

To answer your question, w/out knowing what wheel, no one can really confirm. Likely it would due to the +12 offset

Based on those 2 choices for sure I would settle on the +22. Lets say you run a 255/35 or a 265/35 you will be needing the following:
Rear fender roll, rear fender pull & likely a bumper bolt relocate (All this based on stockish rear camber setting)

Also, Im not familiar w/that particular wheel & there are few Varrstoen threads dedicated to fitment on EVOM. If you need a front spacer you may encounter some serious front fender issues

If you dont need a front spacer the fitment is doable providing you perform the rear fender mods

Hey guys!
I just picked up an 03 Evo
I am looking to pick up a set of Gram Lights 57dr 17x9, but I cant figure out which offset will give me the least problems. I cant find anywhere if the +22 will hit my calipers, but I feel like if I get the +38 I will still need to get spacers. Anyone have experience with fitment of these wheels? Any help is appreciated!
Thanks

Sorry, cant help w/the caliper fitment. Could not find any large Gram threads but please search it. Be great if you could do a test fit to confirm

Just a quick word on +22. Its very aggressive on a stock body EVO & more pronounced dependent on tire choice (serious rear fender work needed)
+38 is the stock offset but usually doesnt make for the aggressive look most of us want
Would rather see you looking within the ranges of +25 to +35 running a min tire size of 255/40

Yeah I have seen that stated about both those offsets. I plan on doing autox/track this year with it so I definitely don't want any issues with the body. &unfortunately I don't see that these wheels are made in an inbetween offset of the two. Probably why I cant find a ton of people who run them lol, I just loved the style for the price range. Thanks a ton for the advice though! Ill have to figure something out

Hey guys,
I am planning on running a 18x9.5+20 setup (no spacers, itll clear the brembos) but with 265/40/18 Michelin pilot ss (m3 spec). I know this height is not very favorable but I do have a set laying around, and hey if i could use it why not. My rear fenders are rolled and I could do the fender mod upfront. Do you guys thing i could pull it off?

What you are proposing is very, very aggressive. The offset is aggressive & then adding the 265/40 really puts this into the wild side

Ran your no.s on the calc. You will need the full rear fender treatment in the rear (roll, pull & bumper bolt)

The front will likely need the front fender mod.

This recommendation is based on running stockish camber & setting ride height low in the rear for an even rake (no rub)

You & I run a very similar wheel. My street wheel is the P45R 17x9.5 +30 running 275/40's

For me, +25 is pretty aggressive. If you ran a 10mm spacer thats put the offset at +15. At this extreme, the front fender spacer kit would be needed

Just my opinion, leave it at +25 & run a meatier tire

Hey, just noticed you have an RS. Post up in the gallery here
