The tire chart that I use notes all is OK. You can run the 255's on the 8.5" wheel & run the 235's on the 9.5". IMO, the 255's are Ok w/me as I have run the same tire on the EVO X wheel which is the same spec. Not a fan of the 235's on the 9.5" wheel but it will work

^If you havent already purchased the wheels I would look for a set of the +38 offset RPF1's as they will fit way better. Not saying you cant make the +15 work but its going to be way more work.
Oh and I can't help but mention- if you don't already have the s-tech springs steer clear of them as they are notorious strut killers. Don't mean to rain on your parade but am just trying to offer some assistance.

Hey Minus what are your thoughts on the following:
18x10 available in any offset
Running this tire 275/35R18
Which offset do you recommend ideally and what kind of work to make it work will I be faced with.
As always thanks

The first pic w/the ADVAN's really shows the issues. A bit of the tire stretch but still OK but running out of spec camber & unlikely that his wheel / tire assy clears the fenders in full articulation. This is a Stance set-up which I do not endorse
Let me share this pic w/you. If the wheel/tire can not do what is pictured then it doesnt fit in my book. Tire rub under any circumstance is a no-go & adding out of spec camber is a huge performance negative
Dont get me wrong. I understand the look of aggressive wheel poke but sacrificing your rear fenders that looked hacked & the negative handling, is it really worth it? (looks like 10# in a 5# bag)

Im not well versed in anything wider than a 9.5". I usually refer those to this thread which is active now in our motorsports section (depending on offset, serious rear body work & lower control arm mods are sometimes needed)

Okay so lets go with 18x9.5
Running this tire 265/35R18
Which offset do you recommend ideally and what kind of work to make it work will I be faced with.
I can use this info as a template and go from there for the extra half inch of width

If you run a higher offset (+35) you could eliminate the pull & the bumper bolt

Picked up some xxr 530 18x8.75 rims from a friend. They are the +35's so obviously the don't fit the front. Anybody have experience with these rims and what spacer I should run. Should I run +15 spacers all the way around so it's the same as the +20 version of the rims. Or run a 15 in front with 10 in the rear?

Really depends on what tire you plan on running when it comes to specing spacers Also, with a lower offset you will likely need some rear fender work
If you did choose a spacer giving you an effective +20 offset you will be needing rear fender work (more so w/a wide tire)
If it were me I would just run the +35 in the rear & run a nice wide tire & not have to worry about serious rear fender work (BTW, dont plan on adding camber to make this fit)
