Looks great. Just a roll in the rear? How much camber?

Do you still have all the fender liners intact? I have these exact wheels, but I've been undecided on 255's or 265's. All I really want to do is roll the rear and leave all the fender liners.

255/40/18 for 18x9 RPF1?
From the previous owner of my 8, the set-up was:
265/35/18 GT Radial SX2 with Ohlins DFV (rear fenders rolled)
RAYS TE37SL 18x9.5 +22
This set-up was terrible, I rubbed the rear so bad at corners at our local track. Also rubbed bad on road dips.
Upon restoration of the whole car, we found the Ohlins had dead damping, I changed the set-up to:
255/35/18 Pirelli P-Zero with BC Racing V1
ProDrive GC-05F 18x8.5 +34
This set-up seems okay. Haven't taken it to the track yet. Rubbed maybe once or twice on large road dips.
I found a good deal for Advan AD08 tires with 255/40/18 sizing. I also want RPF1s with at least 9" width for the concave face. I found a brand new set with 18x9 +35 for a good deal too. Will I be able to fit these without rubbing? Re-roll fenders? Raise ride height?

That +22 offset in the rear was causing your problems. I ran 265s on 18x10" +38 RPF1s with 18-20mm spacers up front and 3-5mm in the rear to clear the trailing arm. Worked very well and tucked nicely with only a mild roll and zero pull on the rear fenders.
The 255/40R18 isn't ideal, though. That's a tall tire slightly over 26.0" compared to 25.3" stock. If you want 255s I'd step down to a 17" wheel. If you want an 18" wheel I'd step up to a 265 width tire.

Man. You took Ohlins off and put BC's on? Woof...
Should've gotten the ohlins rebuilt.
Your new wheel setup shouldn't rub unless the fender isn't rolled enough.

Stock Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution 9
Hey Guys,
I'm new to the forum, so i hope someone can help me with some answers
I bought my first Evo 9 last September,
i want to change the wheels but because of the Brembo's in front I'm not quite sure about the size.
Yesterday I tried on a set of Japan Racing JR 11 19'' x 9.5'' offset 35 and 19''x8.5'' Offset 40 and it was not fitting at all, the spokes on the wheels was crashing with the caliper in the front.
I was thinking about buying a set of Volk Racing TE37's in 18''
But I'm not sure about the width, i was thinking going 18'' x9.5'' but i don't know what offset i need ? ( if 9'' or 8.5'' width is more correct pleas let me know)
My Evo is stock,
I'm looking for a nice flush setup,
without doing anything to the fenders,
car is not lowered its on stock setup
If someone has pictures and specs on this info i would be very happy with info :-)
Have a nice day
