front would need a 3mm spacer to clear the brake, but yeah, fits fine without rubbing or anything.

Need a LOT more information on the wheel specs and series tire to try and answer that question.

If you have the correct wheel offsets no spacers will be required. I would go any higher than 255 series.

Wow. They would really fit with no problems?

Neal and/or Value: What offset would need to be used in order to eliminate the use of spacers?

What wheels would apply to your recommendations? CE28s? SSR Comp.? Work Emotions?

Thanks in advance.

Not meaning to hijack your thread but I wonder if with the stock rims you could fit 245's on there with no problems????

Many 17x9 or 17x9.5 will fit the bill. Guess I could go through all my fitting listings to weed out the good ones.

17x9.5 fits too?? Hmmm.. but dont think I'll go bigger than
255-40/17 tires..

Neal,

I'm just asking a general question...
Just wondering if any 17x9 will clear the front/rear fender at all.
(everyone already answer that...)
What offset needed (f/r) so that we do not have to use
spacers...

And it would be best if you could give a few examples of 17x9
that have the correct offsets (spacer or not)...

The HKS Evo has 17x9.5 with 255/40R17. Looks sweet, too. That is the combo I am going to do in the spring.

BTW, they are using Advan rims with Yokohama's.
