Correct, the older DFV is now the R&T and what we have been selling. These new ones are still sometimes referred to as DFV's although that's not technically correct, but they still use the dual flow valve technology. Just have a few improvements over the previous Japanese DFV models.
The names have changed slightly as different technology makes it's way into the coilover and a few other things. I believe it went R&T, PCV, DFV, and now R&T again. Could be wrong. Either way, we only sell the latest models from Ohlins USA.

I just wanted to add how amazed I was at the ride comfort and performance the R&T gave me...
It jus totally transformed the car from when I had teins monoflex!
Going over bumps, it doesn't feel like my rib cage is gonna snap, and so far no knocking noise.
Best money spent

I feel that it's settled in slightly and the bumps are getting a bit more obvious
As for highway speed, I only really get to those speeds on the highway, and any little holes are fine.
Don't think I've been airbourne outta my seat, except when leaving a carpark and the road just dipped infront of me and was going a tad fast!!

IMO DFVs are especially awesome over big bumps and dips, much better than any setups i've had in the past thanks in no small part to their excellent low [piston] speed damping characteristics.
ride quality is much like power i think - the more you're exposed to it, the less you appreciate it. my advice is, go take a ride in cars with lesser suspension setups and the second you get back into your car, its going to feel much better. our highly adaptable buttocks are to blame here
and no, i never get airborne from my seat
