I got mine from tire rack aswell. Those conti are awesome for the price. I tryed them out last sunday (snowed here about 2 in) and I was amazed how well the car stuck to the road. And also the other morning on my way to work there was a big patch of ice near my exit , the car handle as if there wasnt any ice I highly recommend these aswell. For anyone in the MD area, I had my tires change at merchants on 355, I guess we get a 10% discount if they are bought through tirerack.

The little bit of snow this morning was a big tease. A good test will be about 4 inches.
I agree..

based on the handling I have experienced so far, these tires won't be as stuck on the ground as your setup, but I will be able to hang the *** out and powerslide and you won't....

Well, we will see..Maybe they will be like ADVANS in heavier snow cover, but I doubt it..Like I said, the choice was tough to do dedicated snows or the Conti's..

The real good news though, is the noise level inside the car won't be as bad as if I had dedicated snows..That always annoyed me greatly..sounds like a steady truck hum at all speeds..

Got these on my car here in Michigan too!

Had a few 1"-2" days a NO problems at all! Always looking for unplowed parking lots to give 'em a whirl!

10 out of 10 if you ask me!

Dry handling isn't terrible either... very little comprimise.

Thanks Neal!

The drive is softer and less noisy with snows which is always nice. The advan tire drone can get a little annoying. Of course this is just a noisy stiff car but handles like a go kart.
