Got the issue as well but Im still running old track rotors w/deposits

Did you bed these new brakes in properly? Sounds like pad deposits may be your issue.

Check to ensure your brake pins are clean & lube them w/caliper lube

When you put on new rotors did you clean off any rust buildup on the hug prior? If not that could cause some runout on your rotors and cause the vibration.

But it could also be the infamous lack of proper bedding in...

The first thing you do is measure the disk runnout assembled to the hub with a dial indicator, if you see > 0.100mm of runout that's not good.

Bearings can go bad before they make noise, they increase the runout, if you track a vehicle, its very much the case.
