Agreed. Plus, the weight. 17x8.5 RPF1s are ~16lbs vs EvoX 18s at ~22lbs. That's ~6lbs per corner and for what?

So, if I understand this correctly, I can run 17x9.5"+38 NTO3 mounted with a 255 tire and it will not rub the fenders or my Bilstein struts/springs? Thanks, I just wanted to make double sure before ordering.

If you want cheap and light go with the 17x9.5 RPF1 (+18f/+38R). No spacers and a lot lighter than the NT03's.

Also will handle better than the NT03's because of the wider track up front

will the 17x9.5 +38's work with a 15mm up front to widen the track?

I'm really surprised I don't see more Team Dynamics 1.2's. For $224 a wheel and a proven race history they are a top contender in my book.

Good call. There was talk about an 18x10 being released but they don't have any info on Team Dynamics website. At any rate, the 17x9 looks awesome and comes in Evo offsets.

If you notice, the OP cites Team Dynamics in the original post.

Sorry I havent looked at this thread in a while. Anyway, I cannot comment on the lack of rubbing with a 255 tire however I can tell you that the actual rims do not rub on the struts nor do they require the use of spacers. Currently I am running Bilsteins with Robispec springs on 245 star specs and have no fitment issues whatsoever.

I will try and snap some photos of my car this week which will atleast give you an idea what the 17's look like.
