20.6 lbs i have them and like them but the finish is an awful flat light grey, and brake dust sticks to them like mad. they are at the powdercoaters right now for a coat of gloss gunmetal.

17's were never really embraced much by the Evo community... not a very big selection with evo-friendly offsets, & tire size choice either made OD too tall or too short.. I'd still like to find some ADVAN RS's in a 17x9....most folks jumped for the 18x9's though..

I was so tempted to get some fn01rcs in the 17x9, but I got the 18x9.5 almost cheaper than the 17s were, so I got the 18s lol.

I would like to switch up to some 17x9 or 9.5, but like its been said, its hard to find a wheel in that size without throwing a fortune out.

The tirerack wheels are on backorder till the end of July. Im in a toss up of another set of team dynamics 17x9 +27 fit flawlessly and are under $1000 shipped. Or 17x9.5 nt03s again under 100shipped. But really like the look of a wideish wheel and the nt03 doesnt look that way =( function over form.

I too was looking for reasonably priced wider than stock strong and relatively lightweight wheels. I ended up buying 17x9.5 +38 NT03's. To be honest with you I was not set on the looks from just looking at pictures online. After seeing them on my car I was happy with my decision.

I know they will be strong and it is also cool that I was able to fit a 9.5 inch wheel with no spacers and apparently no fender rolling with up to a 255 tire. I got my rears rolled so I can accommodate some wider rubber in the future but for now they are wrapped in 245/40 star specs with no rubbing issues whatsoever.

I know you noted under 1K but for a bit more you could have the ADVAN RGII 17x9 +29 that has the GTR face (concave =) & requires zero spacers.

I running this set-up on Nitto NT05 275/40's
