Volk GT center caps on 18"s?

Question Volk GT center caps on 18"s?
I want to get Volk Racing GT carbon center caps on my 18" TE37s, but everywhere I check (including Evasive and Mackin) it says they only fit 19"s. Now Im not crazy, I have seen 18" TE37s here with the GT carbon caps and with the LE red/carbon caps. What gives? Any ideas?

As crazy as it sounds, nope. . Been working on the clutch and drivetrain upgrades.
