Emailed the Flaken Rep and this is what I got back
Jay,
The 18x8 will fit your Evo and will have no problems clearing your calipers.
Just to make sure you should do a test fitment with the wheels before
committing to buying a full set. But from our tests, it will clear with no
problems.

I wanted to ask if the 18 X 8 5:114.3 Torque 5 rims that you guys
have, fit the new Mitsubishi Evolution with the brembo brakes? Will the
