wider wheels

I've been rockin' a set of 5z FNO1R-C's in the 17x9 +35 in DE for a couple of years now. With 255/40/17 Star Specs and now NT01's, everything fits, no spacers, no rolling. I wanted RPF1's to start with but didn't want to run spacers to clear the Brembo's.

My question is with the 15mm spacer do the front wheels appear to stick out more than the back using the fender/wheelwell as reference points.
Appreciate your insight,
Yes, stick out about 1 - 3" in front w/ 15mm spacers in comparison to the rear w/o spacers. And, fronts did stick out about 3/4" from its fenders...but not too bad.
You'll need the spacers upfront and not the rear. W/255mm tires no rubbing anywhere w/o any fender rolling. Only when turning sharply do fronts rub the inner fender lining.
Plus is the car handled much flatter and tons of straight line confidence on highway.
I've since sold my last evo with that setup and thinking about a similar setup w/ my new VIII... GL
There's your answer from someone who actually had the setup.
Spacer need to be 15mm minimum

He's referring to the front track with the 15mm added spacers on each side it is now that much wider.
This make the car more stable and a better handler are some of the conclusions.
