I rolled and pulled mine a little without any creasing. You just have to be slow and careful.

Camber doesn't kill a tire as fast as everyone thinks. It's toe that does. Ive been on the same tire for three full seasons with negative 3.25 in the front and negative 1.9 in the rear and I still has plenty of meat. All because I don't run any toe.

Mine are rolled. If I had it to do over, I'd have them cut personally. Reason being it'd give me a touch more room and I'll probably have to flare at some point.

I'm on two sets

Both rims are 18X9.5

Hooiser 285/30 R18
Dunlop Star 275/35 R18

If you not fitting a big tire I would just roll the lip up. I have a friend on that exact tire size and offset with the lip just rolled up

you wont even need to roll if you have decent camber (-1.4* or so).

you do, but only the cut edge and nothing visible from the outside if you are very careful.

im taking the handle off the jacking screw on my roller so i can only turn the roller pressure finger tight. that way i have to do it slowly and gently.

You may want to consider shaving them instead of cutting them. People cut them just fine (CBRD off top of my head) but if you sand/shave with an orbital sander it will be safer and you will do a better (more controlled) job IMO. Mine are shaved all around, zero issues. I followed it up with some oem paint followed by some undercoating spray
