tanabe 25.4mm fsb owners, any options for beefier swaybar bushings?

I have searched online but cant find much info on replacing the rather thin sway bar bushings that came with my tanabe fsb. The oem design is much better but is not gonna fit on the larger bar. Are there any urethane bushings that I can swap in with the oem saddles, or any options with urethane bushings with new saddles I can swap in?

here is a side by side, tanabe on the left, oem on the right. As you can see the oem is much beefier, but ID is smaller so it doesnt just fit on the larger tanabe fsb.

this is the way the oem saddle would sit on the tanabe bushing. Note the gap between saddle and bushing walls.

oem saddle on the oem bushing. The oem design is also nice since it has that locator nipple to help lock the saddle and bushing together. Also see how much better the oem pieces fit.

The main reason for looking for something beefier is mainly just to put in a bushing that will fit properly without all that slop shown in the pics above. When I inspected my swaybar bushings the tanabe bushings looked they they were moving around quite a bit possibly due to all the slack with the oem saddles.
