Grinding Noise on new pads and rotors ?!?! need input asap

Just installed a new set of the zinc coated rotors and brakeman #93 rear brake pads... when I slow down these things make a horrible grinding and squeeking noise, I first thought it was just the zinc coating on the rotor but now I'm confused to say the least. I pulled both calipers off and inspected and i really have no idea what could be causing this. Are these pads just super noisey? I've done a ton of brake jobs and never heard this though. I drove the car around town for about 15 minutes then did a few harder stops ... still get the noise. Gotta get this thing to the alignment shop!! Let me know if you guys have any input that wouldn't be something obvious.
