Just got my FA 500s

Got some questions about these. Is this everything they should come with? (Picture below). I was wondering if some tool shouldn't have been included to adjust spring stiffness.

thats all they come with, 2 brake line brackets and 2 spanner wrenches to tighten down locking ring/adjust coil/spring

How do I adjust ride stiffness? Normal allon key?

You're supposed to have the knob on the top. Don't know why yours doesn't. You might have gotten a base model.

They come with Green knobs that have a long skinny metal rod.............Insert into shock and adjust if not call this number and tell them 877-227-0260
