anyone knows what size spacers do i need to clear front brembo for the XXR 522
17x9 +42mm?
It wont clear on my evo6.

Depending on spoke design, you might not even need a spacer. With that high of an offset, I am betting some type of spacer will be required though.

On those wheels, the spoke move outward quite a bit, so I am thinking a small spacer might be used. No way to tell unless someone already has them or just buy them and measure how thick of a spacer you need.

so i assume for hassle free fitment, a 17x9 +25mm xxr 522 should fit without using spacers?

you might need to roll fenders a little with the +25

a general safe fitment is 17x9 +35 but again, you need to be aware of the spoke design.
