Price aside, the Bridgestone is a better tire. It will last a bit longer, have better dry and wet handling, and is a bit quieter. The Yokohama is a great bang for the buck and a lot of people have really really good results from it. However, the Bridgestone is really a step above in overall performance.

Neal's assessment is right on. Nothing can touch Bridgestone's wet weather technology. I have the es100's on my OZ Lancer and they are a great tire, but my brother has the re750's on his Integra GSR. Both are a great value but the re750's are much better tires overall.

They both have the same internal construction materials. Both tires sidwalls are reinforced with a band of nylon. However, on basic tread design and compound, the Bridgestone will have better steering response.

Many moderators on may boards have been approached with the group discount idea in the past. Unfortunately, we cannot sponsor a group buy. Even if I sell a large quantity to an individual over the phone no discounts apply. We always try to put our best price out there initially so there is no haggling. Many times we come out better, sometimes we don't. It all depends on the product. Sorry its just not my decision.

You're in luck, I personally had each of these tire. Well, the 750 is a replacement for the RE730s which I had on my SE-R. I then replaced those with the AVS ES 100s. The Potenza sidewall is DEFINITELY stronger and kicks butt on turn-in. The Potenza was better in every way shape and form except for noise, they were way noisier than the Yokos. The Yokos just plain didn't handle as well, and you could feel the softer sidewalls. I have a buddy that has the ES 100s on his Evo and pretty much hates 'em. Like everyone has said, they are a bang for the buck tire. The Potenzas cost more and, well, perform like they do.
