How about Black Racing Pro N1's? They're also around $200. I'm thinking about getting a black/gunmetal set for my silver Evo.

I have two sets of Enkei RPF1 wheels. Best bang-for-the-buck when buying competition wheels -- very lightweight for the price range. I changed tires six times last weekend, and really appreciated the weight savings.

I would choose the lightest one, if you like the designs of all on your list. The lightest one is very likely the rpf1's....I believe...

From a price/weight standpoint you can't beat the RPF1.

Broeli:

What is your source for these wheel prices? Do you mind telling us where is the best source to buy for each of these options.

Also, what size tire are you looking to run? You have up to 1" difference in wheel widths with the options below. That could make a difference if you're looking to run a wider than stock tire like the 255/40.

Pm me and I'll let you know any details on price for whichever wheel you want. I've researched each and know the best or close to best prices and approx. eta (when they'll be available)

There are a few more that can be added to the list if a moderator wishes to..such as the Black Racing and the Racing Sparco NT-R. The only bad thing about the NTR is it only comes in black, white, bronze. But it is nice and light. Here isthe NT-R:

Here is Black Racng Pro N1

broeli, where are you finding that you can get the RPF1 in hyper black?

Looks like I'll be sending back the Priavt wheels, don't like the way the tires extend past the fender.

you will get what you pay for...

in a few months, if you are using these wheels for track duty, you'll be back here crying about how they are bent / warped...

Simply not true. I've had expensive wheels that were weaker than cheaper slightly heavier cast wheels I've used. I've raced for years and have used all sorts of wheels. I have learned that money is better spent elsewhere.
For example the Team Dynamics are made of low pressure cast aluminum that is heat treated, x-rayed..nice and strong
And we all know how good the RPF1 and fn01rc are. The fn01rc is commonly used for drifting events because of their strength.
Anyone ever heard of complaints on Gram Lights bending if used at the track? I haven't

Are the aftermarket rims going to be for your advans or your track tires? I voted the RPF1 based on its weight, and assuming it would be for your track tires. From an appearance perspective I don't care for it, but at the track, looks don't mean much!

It seems the stronger wheel would be best suited for the street where there are potholes, curbs and random **** in the streets. The weaker lighter wheel should be just fine for track duty where the course is nice and smooth.

Haven't decided yet I may use the stock wheels for the track so I can have a nice set of wheels for the street and not have to worry about damaging the rim from frequent tire swaps.

from your list I think the 5Zigen GN+ look the best, but I would not choose any of them over the stock wheels.
