bent frame or something not as major..?
They other week, one of my friends lost control of my car, not going over 40, and it slide sideways into a building with a curbed sidewalk in it.. ruined my back driver side rim, headlight and fender. The fender still looks fixable, but I'm hoping its just something less serious where my cars wheels hit the sidewalk. The front driverside points a little inward when the other is straight and the rear sits crooked like this \ looking from the back but not that crooked.. and can't drive well at all in the rain right now.. just driving a mile to and from work... Any idea's would be helpful.. body shop said its probably not a bent frame, just thought it needed an alignment. Just really concerned.

^Correct, the only way to truly know if the frame is tweaked is to get it up on a frame jig and measure. Your wheels are definitely out of alignment for starters but whether or not something is bent thats still up in the air.
FWIW the majority of the suspension components on this car are aluminum so they would probably snap before they bend. However the knuckles are steel and those will bend so typically in cases like this you will find that you bent a knuckle.
1st things 1st, get the car up on a frame machine and make sure its square. Then get your alignment sorted out. If you no longer have the full range i.e. can only get x amount of camber when you used to be able to get y then you know something is bent and you can start looking into the suspension.

Guys we don't have frames on our cars.
I curbed my rear wheel in the same manner, I replaced the hub and got an alignment. Now she aligns to factory spec perfectly.
Is your ABS still working?
