Scraping do luck style lip bad with tein

Bought my car with the tein s techs installed and never really had problem with scraping until I installed my do luck style lip. Now it gives me the perfect reason to get rid of these. I DD this car and use it to take my 3 kids around the town. I'm not in the market for coilovers. Of course like the stance of the teins but they are too low for me. I've been looking at the tanabe gf210 because they give a similar stance just not as low which is a good thing also I've been reading a lot and am liking the robispec springs. Unless I can't get a deal on some used swifts and I've been looking I'm probably just looking at the first 2 options. Question is anyone with the do luck style lip have issues with either the tanabes or robispecs.

Basic question of that is. Anybody with the gf210's or the robispec springs also have a front lip and if there's any issue with scraping them.

Is you are going to replace your springs you should only consider the following 3:

-Gtworx
-Robispec
-Swift (Sport or Spec R)

They will all improve the handling of the vehicle and will not lower it too aggressively. Note that all 3 are great and I put them in order of how much they drop the vehicle. The Gtworx have the smallest drop and the Swifts have the largest drop.

I used to have the Robispec springs and had great luck with them but you cant go wrong with any of those 3 mentioned.

I am probably leaning towards the robispecs, from what I've been reading they really seem to be well liked from those that have had them. Any known issues of running front lips with those. Thanks for the reply

No known issues. Its just a matter of what you can put up with for a dd. The more drop you have and the bigger the lip and the more the lip sticks out the greater the chance you have of scraping it.

What sorts of feedback are you really trying to get? Dont over complicate something that isnt complicated.

#lowlife - I know people that scrape their lips being stock height, good luck!

On swifts right now with an APR front lip. Scrape on my driveway, big speedbumps, and bad road to driveway transitions. I go very slow over all of these things to usually sneak over them. Am thinking of going to GtWorx myself to get a little extra clearance. Love my swift springs though. Good luck.
