I was wondering if any of you knew what material is used to make the Cusco rear anti sway bar...

Anyone knows?

No but I installed one on the Evo a few months back. It is noticably heavier than stock given that it is only 1 mm thicker.

If it's noticably heavier maybe they're both made of steel and the Cusco has thicker walls? From what little I know of metals, steel is the best choice for something that has to bend until the end of time.

I noticed a big difference after changing rear swaybar to Cusco unit. It is set at stiffest setting right now. The car is so much fun to drive now. Makes me look like a Rally Racer! hahahaha

I would say that it is. Makes the car a bit more fun. Don't go too big if it's going to be your only suspension mod.
