wierd rear suspension feel

wierd rear suspension feel
ok guys, I am stumped
I am getting a side to side motion of the rear of the car on the highway and on rough roads.
I have check all bushing under car, all are poly and all are good
I am running teins with edfc. I have notice that on slow speeds if I harden the shocks the back doe snot move around as much
on the highway I have to do the opposite or it becomes dangerous to drive.
in the wet it is bad no matter what I do
any ideas what to check?

hmm well the left back corner got a minor lash.. I slid into a piece of wood. the light broke but nothing major. according to the repair man
the bumper popped back out and it did not bend the metal behind de bumper....
no lash to rim ect so i not sure what it could be
