Something similar to discontinued TEIN TYPE FLEX CONTROL MASTER?
Does anyone know something similar to the discontinued TEIN TYPE FLEX CONTROL MASTER coilovers please? I loved how the act in my friend's Evo VII but found out they are discontinued! Any similar TEIN products or toher brands which come also with features simialr to EDFC (Electronic Damping Force Controller)?
Thanks
Thanks

A lot of us have seen your thread but dont see Tein written about too much in this forum. Especially ones w/electronic damping control
We keep it pretty simple here & would have recommended some of the more discussed c/o's (i.e. Ohlins / AST / KW / Fortune Auto or staying stock & running Swift springs etc)
Electronic control is too fancy for some of us

Hi,
Thanks for the feedback. I currently have stock shocks with TEIN lowering springs and they are extremely stiff. I was looking for something reliable for fast road use which gives a comfy ride and can save you in corners also taking into consideration that where I live is infested with potholes. My friend's evo has the aforementioned TEIN coilovers with electronic damper control and being that I have limited resources to adjust manually such coilovers (my mitsu specialist has very limited availability and I don't trust anyone else) I found the electronic damper controller to be very convenient.
I considered the KW Variant 1 coils but they lack the electronic damper control. Also, if I would have to forget the electronic controller, is it time consuming to manually adjust dampers?
Many thanks for your input!
