Just can't decide 18"s or 19's
I am going to buy these I just can't decide 18x8&1/2 or 19x8&1/2. The 18's will look good but the 19 is what is on this Rx8 look hot. The only difference in the tire size is minimal. One is 235/40 18 the other 235/35 19. Tire rack already said they will both fit. The only thing I am concerned about is scraping the fender wells and the lower profile 19's on the bumps and potholes around town. Anybody have issues with 19's they have already bought??? Pro's or cons for either? Would like some feedback. Thanks.

the offset and tire choice is going to make or break these.
pushed out to the corners with some aggressive and wide tires and it's gonna look great.
wuss out and stetch anything less than a 255 on there and they're gonna look cheap and wimpy.

Discount Tire gave me a weight of 21 pounds for the 17x8. That could have been the shipping weight instead of the actual wheel weight. If the wheel weighs 21 pounds I think the price is a bit high.
