Rear Brembo Caliper Mounting Points?

Are the stock Evolution Brembo 2 piston rear calipers the same from the Evo 8 and the Evo 9? Does anyone know what the piston size is on these rear calipers?

Also, I would really appreciate it if someone could measure the center-to-center distance of the caliper's mounting holes. I'm trying to see if these calipers will line up on a different application

Could really use those measurements!

What's the best place to buy these calipers used?

Fronts are the same, I've read (so don't quote me ) that the STI's had different sized pistons in the rear from the Evo, IIRC the STI had smaller pistons.

Interesting, I'll give the STI calipers a look too.

The Evo X rear calipers have the same mounting points but bigger pistons, right?

No, Evo rear are different, they don't bolt on in place of 8/9 rear calipers. The fronts you can, but the hole in the spindle has to be drilled for the larger 14mm bolt that the X front calipers use. And with the X caliper, you need to run the larger, 13.8" X rotor..

Good to know, thanks.

I found out that the Evo X's Rear caliper mounting distance is 146mm center-to-center

Would be really helpful to find out what the Evo 9's rear caliper mounting distance is.

Actually called up a couple scrap yards and was able to get one of them to help measure, Lol.

It's 5.5" hole to hole it seems
