I'm trying to decide on a suspension upgrade for my Evo 9. I plan to take the car to the track about 2-3 times this year but drive my local canyons pretty much weekly. I'm currently running 17x9.5 rims with 255/40 Federal 595 RSR's

A buddy of mine is running CKS Coilovers on his BMW and really likes them but I can't seem to find any feedback from anyone using them on an Evo. All the Google hits seem to be on BMW forums and the bulk of the reviews are very positive.

I can get these for around $1400 or around $1700 with a Swift Spring upgrade. They come with front camber plates and seem well made so the "bang for the buck" factor seems pretty high. My next choice would be KW V3's but that will be about another $900 without camber plates.

Any feedback or suggestions would be appreciated.
