Hi.

Is the knuckles on evo 4-7 the same? And if the brembo brake discs and calipers are the same size ( 320mm front 300 mm rear) and calipers on 5-9? Im thinking of putting on the brembo on a evo 3 and have seen here on this forum thst the evo 4 knuckles fits with a new ball joint. Just unsure on the other knuckles

Evo4-5 are similar.
Evo 6 is different as the balljoint sits in the knuckle rather than the arm.

Evo7 knuckle is different as it has a larger wheel bearing, wider strut mount and the toe link bolts from the bottom.

But the brembo gear is all the same from evo5-9 in terms of calliper, pads and discs.
Brembo kit will fit evo4 knuckles no issues, I had the full set on my evo4 when I had it.

Thank you for the quick answer. But i dont get it about the evo 6 ball joint. Do ypu have any picture maybe or anyone from google?

The ball joint has been removed from the arm, turn upside down and now lives in the knuckle like so:

Ah ok. Now im with you. That helped alot. So 4-5 is the same? Do you know if the dust shield is important?

I believe the 4-5 is the same, I'll double check that.

I don't run a dust shield and I do circuit work, hasn't caused an issue yet.

No Evo 7 wouldn't match 4-6 although some parts maybe similar. Evo 7-9 parts are all interchangeable.
