Need help on fitment

So I have my evo lowered two inches and I have 18x9.5 inch rims with 22 offset.. what tires will fit without having to go stance nation status?? I got 255x40 and those rub like crazy I can't even drive it and I'm hoping I can return them.

+22's are very difficult to fit w/out rolling / pulling the rear fender. The 40 series tire makes it even tougher

If youre OK w/having the rears rolled, pulled & relocating the rear fender bumper bolt, we can get those to fit

Let me know

I had 18x9.5 +22 with 245/40s and they rubbed just barely when taking a sharp turn. Lowered a good amount as well on coilovers.

What I meant was, if you are Ok w/rolling & pulling I could feed you more details on how that process works. Its not for the faint of heart because there is usually some level of rear fender distortion & likely paint cracking at the roll

255/35/18 or 265/35/18 tyre is what you need
255/40/18 is too tall to fit easily
