Looking for some reasonably priced (maybe less than $400/wheel) rims, which are 18 inches and lighter than stock rims.

I want the rims to look good, but most importantly to perform well. I feel like I've looked at a lot of different rims, but maybe you have a suggestion I haven't seen?
