I know that I am setting myself up for a fall here. My luck dictates this wheel will be
available for every car except the EVO. Please change my luck! I really am drooling over this wheel.

Nothing just yet 
It's a cool rally type wheel, but they make it for everything but EVO's. Its a newer wheel so more fitments might appear in the future. They are made for some standard Lancers though.

I know, but enkei wrc tarmacs are played out, and they only come in WHITE which wouldn't look so good on silver... although, it would look sorta like an VIII makinen edition.... ok, nah.
