Whats the average amount of times a rotor can be resurfaced? My fronts have been done once, my rears never. Could I have them resurfaced now with 66,000 miles on them?

I've used many rotors w/my time road racing and also using the same car for daily driving
the rotor won't warp with your type of driving ,
in fact they almost never warp...
from the StopTech website, they helped me figure out my similar problem...

pad deposits on the rotor..these grab (jutter) and give the feeling of warp..
as you have experienced, turning it only cleaned the surface and the deposits returned.
try a more aggressive pad, or at least new pads
they aren't designed to last that long anyway

also, keep you foot off of the brake when you come to a stop
use your e brake if you begin rolling
if they are really hot, like a hwy stop the rotors will be very hot,
so roll the car while at the light to let the rotor cool (heat escape from under the pad area) and it safeguards you from 'cooking' your pads onto the rotor

WTF are you reading? I can't believe someone hasn't caught this. The min thickness for front rotor is 29.8mm. The rear is 20.4mm.

And they're not warped? No wobbling or pulsation?

and if you track the car: do NOT set your ebrake when you come in from your session. use blocks to keep the car from rolling. your pad will more or less melt to your rotor. <- one of the first things ever taught to me by my instructor.
