57Pro 18"x9.5" is tempting, but I think I like the 5Zigen look better because of the offset. What offset is used on this size rim for no rubbing?

How much for the 57s in 18x8.5 and 18x9.5? What size tires are recommended? Why is there a non-refundable deposit? Is that like, if something goes wrong we won't get our deposit back? Any picture of the gold ones on a white evo?

Edit: How much for the lugs?
