I like the Flex unit for most track/street cars. They are so versatile and if you switch the front and rear springs around and get the Cusco rear sway bar and the car handles much better.

I'm going off of what RMR has tested using the Flex, but now that I just looked at the Tein Spring rates it seems they are they have the same rate front and rear so I will have to get back to you on that.
