hurts the eye just looking at the pic
Where would we mount the EGT gauge? Why can't they offer one with a bung/hole already drilled in so people don't mess up the manifold runner by drilling...just food for thought.

I got to see this manifold today in person. The quality of the welds are impeccable. Compared to other manifolds out there that are prone to cracking due to shoddy welds this one is top notch. The flange is extremely beefy and the finish on it is pure mirror. It's an ultra nice touch that they made two versions of this as well for both USDM and the Euro/Japanese market. GT Spec left no bases un-covered on this one. Great product.

Can you post a pic of how the headers look on your car? Want to see how the coating holds up.
I know its not that important but Ive seen other headers where its very shiny at first then after a day its gets dull.
Does look better quality then other headers.

badhabit90 - I beleive the design is to use the twin scroll desgin of the stock turbo better. Designs like this have been used in japan before. This is the first one of its kind to be used in the US.
KZEVO - I welded ours right where the GT Spec label is because my header did not have that. It does not come with any prewelded EGT bung. You will need to drill and tap or weld a bung on. Sorry
kmxxbadboy - It almost makes you not want to install it on the car huh?
Yes this batch we are getting has the EGR ports on the front but will come with plugs. The next batch will not have the ports on it and is expected to arrive in late October.
Here is a pic of the header about 2 weeks ago. Don't pay atten to the collant hose. I did have to weld the EGR ports closed on my header because I did not have any plugs. So I am pretty sure that effected the coating.

Sorry I have not been able to update this thread more. It is not that far away so lets start getting a list together.
Here is a quick pic of the dyno sheet
As you can see you lose a little bit down low because you are going to a tubular header. The thermal efficiency of a tubular header is going to be worse then a cast piece. But with a coating or wrapping you could get it back to stock or even better. But the gain up at the higher RPMs are worth it.

That would be nice(if it is not to much trouble). I am always interested to see other products. And really numbers can lie but if you see the curve of both it is alot easier to gauge the performance of the part.
