With race gas on the stock block and 272 cams I figure 500hp is easy...pump, 390-420 depending on how aggressive the tune is

Feld guy is dead on. With a good tune and cams you can hit up to 550 but I wouldnt recomend going farther then 500 whp on a stock block.
