I just fired off an email to everyone in respect to their exchange. I'm sorry it took so long, but i've essentially been "partless" for some time as we made changes in production. Needless to say, the new bezels are on their way this week. Please take a moment to respond to the email and send in your part(s) if you haven't done so already so we can proceed with the exchanges.
If anyone is experiencing ANY problems with ANY of their Orbital bezels, please email us immediately to setup a warranty claim.

No replacements will be mailed until we receive (1.) the defective original part and (2.) a reply email confirming your shipping/return information. Please update us immediately; parts are ready and on-hand for replacement. Thank you.

Hey Rich just got back from a deployment and found your kit in my house. It's a good piece and i installed w/ the AVIC Z1. Good job!! Thank You

Hey guys- not trying to hijack, but I sold my EVO and have a brand new all grained kit that I"ll sell for less than I paid. pm or email at jonpfive@msn.com. It's too bad as this is a beautiful kit (as a lot of you know)
