Is that front bumper all one piece? And how much wider are the front fenders?

the wide fenders are about 15mm wider than stock each side.

yes those 2 pieces are voltex canards for voltex front bumper.

the ones on evodave's car are voltex canards made specifically for C-West front bumper. It comes un-cut and you need to cut them out if i recall correctly.
