But....this is IA Performance's Thread on SELLING THE ACCESSPORT....
There is another section under Lancer EVO forums engine management where a whole section is dedicated to the AP and ???'s are answered, and have been answered on how the AP is different and unique compared to other options.
Once again....the AP for the WRX/STI's have been a huge hit and very respected....I don't see how the AP for EVO's will be anything less

ok but the diffrence is that this is a generic map from my understanding so everything is safe all across it isnt custom tuned to you specific exhaust or intake just generic...eww...ill stick with a laptop and a cd with my 100 oct and 93 oct tunes and just upload myself....for 150 a tune....
they are generic maps but these maps still allow you Custom Tune and the difference between this and a laptop is you load you push one button and thats it! on the fly maps

lol, we should be receiving them shortly. No tracking number as of close of Friday, but we should have some word come Monday. We ordered a few extra to have on hand as well.

by the way, Stephen, can you please find out from COBB when their plan is to release the Pro-Tuning software to you all.........without that I'm still in the same situation cause I don't want to use any base maps.
